Integrate our compact, pneumatically controlled membrane dispense valve (WMAV) into your system, saving space. The specially designed membrane prevents ambient air from entering the valve. The "snuff-back" effect ensures that the medium does not exit uncontrollably, providing a clean break when dispensing.
The wetted parts made from high-quality stainless steel prevent wear, even when using corrosive media. Common process monitoring options, such as piston feedback, pressure sensor, and a heating cartridge, seamlessly integrate into the compact design.
Three sizes with different orifice diameters are available for dispensing low- to high-viscosity media.
