Temperature Controller Bundle WTRB
For a better processing of low to highly viscous media, it is common to heat them shortly before application through heating hoses or heating plates which are attached to the valve. This will increase the flowability as the dynamic viscosity of a liquid reduces with increasing temperature.
The Walther Temperature Controller Bundle offers you a complete solution which will take care of a constant temperature level regardless of outside influences and will increase the process safety of your dosing applications. The Bundle is compatible with all Walther heating technology products and consists of a Temperature Controller (WTR) and a Solid-State Relays (WSSR) which is designed for the required heating output.
The combination of Temperature controller and WSSR provides an optimum control performance, with a long lifetime of the WSSR compared to electro-mechanic relays. The Temperature Controller is pre-configured for an operation with the WSSR and Walther heating technology products which makes a start-of-operation very easy: the user will only set the desired temperature.
In addition, the WTRB comes with two alarm outlets through which you can monitor over- or under-temperature messages via a superordinate SPS/PLC, or with which you can control signal lights. The Temperature Controller was designed for installation in control panels, and the WSSR can be directly mounted onto a top-hat rail.
