Supply Pump KP
The Supply Pump KP is a purely pneumatic compressed air grease pump that is ideal for various applications. It allows for the direct conveyance of material from a container and can be versatilely used as a feed pump or in transfer and filling systems. The pump consists of a powerful air motor and an efficient suction system.
With a pressure ratio of 25:1, the delivery pump KP provides an optimal balance between power and efficiency. The suction pipe is available in various lengths (130 mm, 288 mm, 473 mm, 845 mm) to meet different requirements. The medium output pressure is an impressive 150 bar, and the delivery rate is 32 cm³ per double stroke. The compressed air connection (internal thread) and the medium connection (external thread) are both G1/4".
The delivery pump KP is versatile and can convey medium to high-viscosity lubricants, silicone greases, oils, as well as 1-component adhesives like polyurethanes, epoxides, and MS polymers. It is also suitable for pressure amplification. The delivery pump KP can be flexibly adapted to the specific needs, making it the ideal choice as a feed pump for dosing valves or in transfer and filling systems.
