Our output-sealing nozzle extensions, DVLSOD, are applied onto the valve nozzle instead of the air cap. They feature their own valve needle, running from the valve to the front end of the nozzle extension, effectively sealing the valve.
These nozzle extensions are specifically designed for applications with limited space in machines or robots, making them ideal for situations where spraying through or into very small openings is required.
Indexing is also possible for quick and repeatable alignment, ensuring optimal spraying results.
