Medium Storage WGC
The Walther Medium Storage is a self-sufficient component. Once integrated into the line system, the pressure-controlled container can store and discharge the medium, ensuring a continuous and reliable supply – even during container replacement or maintenance of the supply system. This makes the storage unit your defense line, securing production and preventing costly failures and production stops.
To maintain control, the integrated position sensor measures the filling quantity based on the piston position, providing a continuous overview of existing time windows for timely reactions. This information is available through an electric outlet signal.
The WGC concept also contributes to the quality of your medium. The medium storage features a two-part piston that separates the medium and the pneumatic side. If necessary, it will discharge compressed air that may have escaped the piston seals, channeling it outward through the air outlet.
As a module of the Modular Series, the Medium Storage WGC has a compact design, is easy to install, and can be integrated into any dosing and application system. Additionally, it can be quickly and easily flanged to other modules in the series.
