Insulating Plate HZP-ISO
Isolation plates are used to insulate between the heating plate on the valve and the surrounding components. This enables the desired operating temperature to be reached more quickly and protects surrounding components from unwanted heating.
The Walther Insulation Plate HZP-ISO – suitable for efficient thermal insulation between the heating plate on the valve and the surrounding components. Additionally, our insulation plates enable the rapid attainment of the desired operating temperature while safeguarding surrounding components from undesirable heating.
Offering tailored variants for various valve and heating plate configurations, we provide flexible solutions. The material is characterized by particularly low thermal conductivity, contributing to effective insulation. Despite their insulating properties, the insulation plates are lightweight, adding barely 0.015 kg to the total mass.
